I’ve always loved this location for its beautiful flagstone and landscaping—and the fact that I rarely bump into another photographer there. I usually just see the occasional resident out walking their dog, and we exchange a few friendly hellos.
That all changed last night! It was Huntley High School’s homecoming, and there were a million people—plus so many girls in gorgeous dresses. Let’s just say this new development pushed me to get creative with my angles and find new spots! It was a fun challenge, and I think we ended up with some wonderful shots.
I do wish I’d had more time to chat with my senior; I always love hearing about their future plans. Enjoy your senior year, Andrew—I wish you all the best!
